This all looks perfectly fine. The one pixel tiles are empty tiles
that the server will throw away after storing in its database that the
tile is empty. Only the other tiles contain some information. The
tiles with the red dots are maplint tiles. Maplint is a layer you can
turn on on informationfreeway.org that shows potential errors in the
OSM data that someone might want to fix.
