[Tilesathome] lowzoom how?

I'm having problems trying to run a lowzoom. 

By trial and error I have worked out the co-ords (perhaps we could have the Zoom 6 popup implemented on Zoom 8 also?)

Have changed the layers.conf to run lowzoom

But I am getting no data!

What am I missing?
