The math is not that hard:

xz = floor(x12 / 2 ** (12 - z))

xz: tile number for zoom level z (x or y)
x12: tile number for zoom level 12 (x or y)
z: desired zoom level

Or in other words, you have to devide the tile number by two for every
zoom level you zoom out.
