[Tilesathome] lowzoom how?

Thanks Matthias,

but as far as I can see, lowzoom processing is completely broken.

 - lowzoom.pl still expects the map features xml files in the tilesAtHome directory, even though they have all been moved into ./osmarender

 - When this is fixed, no data is ever downloaded and the lowzoom is rendered as an empty tile.

Anyone else having these problems?
