[Tilesathome] OSMXAPI performance much improved

As of about half an hour ago, osmxapi performance has hugely improved. Have run lowzooms in a row through without failure. Still takes a few minutes to download and I have upped my timeout, but that is twice as much as I was able to achieve all of yesterday.
