FWIW, I'm using the daily planet dumps on hypercube for the coastline
checker and have not found any significant inconsistancies in that
part of the data. Compared to the standard weekly planet dump which is
usually missing hundreds of nodes. Basically, now I really only work
on the consistant versions generated from the daily diffs on hypercube
because it's a lot easier to debug things when the data has some
semblence of sanity.
