[Tilesathome] Medium priority

What goes into the medium priority queue?  The "active jobs length" graph on munin shows a medium priority, but it doesn't seem to be referenced anywhere else.  Could this be graphed along with the low priority on the "requests waiting" graph so we can see how many jobs are pending in this queue?
