[Tilesathome] amenity toilets

Hi,
It looks as though amenity=toilets is not rendering at zoom 17 as it used to ( I think) - it has an icon in the Map features list in the Wiki.

How do I find what will render at what zoom level and with what sort of icon?

Is this the right way to report a fault or request an item to be rendered?
