Windows, sigh.
A suggestion to simplify this.
The purpose of the new sub-directory is just to have somewhere to place the ..._part.png's so that they do not get caught up in an upload run yes?
How about under in the working directory, we have a new 'temp' sub-directory, a place to put ALL temporary files, including .osm, .svg and _part.png files. Have it so that it always exists and does not have to be deleted.
Thoughts?
