bitmap export from inkscape is set to N (2,3,4) times 256 pixel, then once 
downsampled with mogrify... AA level can be set to each zoom level 
separetely...
at freemap.sk we are using AA=4 for z12, AA=3 for z13, and AA=2 for rest
