[Tilesathome] tah vs dev ?

What's the difference between http://dev.openstreetmap.org/~ojw/ and
http://tah.openstreetmap.org/ ?  Is tah the current location, and dev the
old location?

there are many wiki pages (e.g.
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Server_Hardware) that still refer to
"dev" as serving layer tiles generated by tiles at home. Before editing any
wiki pages I just want to make sure I got things right :)
