I agree with most propositions. If you implemented those, that would be 
great. I added comments on the things I have an opinion about.

Agreed, churches are good for navigation and should appear in z15+

Personally I do use traffic_signals as navigation aids (left at third 
traffic light), so having that at z16 is good. I have no opinion on the 
mini-roundabout.

I did implement that once and got shot down because downtown Barcelona 
was just one big text blob. I'd be very careful about reintroducing this.
