[Tilesathome] Windows issues

I don't know if this is related in any way to the problem at hand, but on
line 1295 the killafile($TempFile) does not actually seem to be deleting the
_part-XXXXXXX files as the TempDir is still fill of files at the end of the
job. Since the PID stays the same from one job to the next, the TempDir
ends up with lots of PNGs in it. Don't know if it's related to the request
error, but it seems like something that would need to be fixed in any case.
I tried debugging further, but I'm getting a bit lost in the code.

Not that I can claim to be a Perl genius, but I haven't been able to figure
anything out with the error. Is anyone else on windows getting this error,
and if so, what client ver are you at? Unfortunately there's almost no
output about what's causing the error, even with debug turned on.
