[Tilesathome] Tiles incorrect marked as land

Hi,

>    Tile x=2108 y-1342 and x=2107 y=1342 are according to IRC marked as land
>    but as they are in the middle in the IJsselmeer should be marked as sea.

Whoever said they were land was probably using an outdated file; in
the current file they are sea.
