In this case the cause is: too many maplint errors/warnings.
This bug is known, will be addressed after the 0.5 switch
you might want to try the latest version of tilesGen.pl/maplint anyway,
which ignores some "AND:" tags on segments, instead of reporting
excessive numbers of errors.
