[Tilesathome] Using Batik to render tiles instead of Inkscape

I'd agree with the fix (almost), but not the reason for it. That test only
applys to 'way's... Removed the '$postfix'  as well, as it should not be
needed for ways (postfix is only 'Z' for areas).

Thanks for spotting it! & It makes me feel guilty now. I had to fix this to
get the shadow rendering working for sotm back in July & forgot to do the
update then... oops!

For anyone that wants a challenge there is an outstanding 'feature' in
lines2curves.pl where it doesn't 'curve' the first two segments in a path...

I've checked it in to osmarender4/lines2curves.pl which I hope now is a link
to the tilesAtHome version.
