we could rename the old osmarender.xsl to osmarender-0.4.xsl or
something like that and keep both versions in the osmarender5 directory,
then the externals setting can be removed from t at h as well, provided the
client is adapted accordingly (its a simple if statement now choosing
the directories) OR we could use the 04to05.pl from
applications/utils/conv05 to convert old 0.4 output from xapi to 0.5 as
a sort-of preprocessor.
