[Tilesathome] Render request issue?

I've been trying to request a render since yesterday for two tiles,
1177,1535 and 1178,1535.  Tiles around these two seem to get added to
the queue and render OK.  When ctrl+clicking these tiles, I get the
popup box, I click OK, and the page reloads with an OK in the upper
left-hand corner, but the tiles are never added to the queue list on the
recent requests page.  They haven't been rendered in over 24 hrs either.
Is this related to the new API changes, or is it possible there's
something wrong with something in these tiles?
