[Tilesathome] Render request issue?

Is there any chance of the Request service returning something other than OK
in these circumstances?
A useful response would be:
Tile x,y added to request queue at date/time.
Current status=active.
Retries=3.
The OK that is displayed by IFW is just whatever the response from the
request service returned. One upon a time it did used to return some kind
of "duplicate request" response, but I think it stopped doing that a while
ago.
