[Tilesathome] LocalSlippymap configuration parameter

Hi,

I just found out the hard way, that in rev 4916 of tilesGen.pl the
meaning of the parameter LocalSlippymap has changed.  tilesGen.pl now
expects this to be the path where the tiles should go.

Previously tilesGen.pl has put the tiles into WorkingDirectory when
LocalSlippymap was set.  This was set to "true" in my case and today
tilesGen.pl started to put the tiles into a true/ directory in the
client's directory.  It took me a while to realise that and why it
changed its behavior.

A little note on the list here would have been appreciated.

But, no hard feelings.  I just wanted to bring this up in case
somebody else stumbled across this phenomenon.
