[Tilesathome] Render request issue?

As a quick-fix (the current check just returns whether an request already exists or not) it returns OK now, if it was a new request and returns "Already in queue" when the request already exists.
I hope that helps for now. If I have a little more time, we should return more detailed information.

Something similar is available from:
http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Log/Requests/test.php?x=0&y=1&z=12

which returns the status of a certain z=12 tile (without retry information and stuff). I have never touched that file though...
