[Tilesathome] Osmarender currently broken

The current Osmarender.xsl is still broken - not generating some of the required paths, this is causing the problems with the missing street names

Dodi, I have tried your updated version and while it is much better and does fix the missing paths, the additional 'area_9999999' paths you are generating have an illegal format:

<path id="area_1881959" d="M   C 0,0 319.556296069683,-69.2948550361475 447.62999999989 -98.1933768900936  C 448.871726041365,-98.4735596758256 450.43800000002,-101.636729378436 450.43800000002 -101.636729378436 Z"/>

Inkscape happily ignores these, but it has halted my Batik testing. Are you able to look at this and fix these? Sorry, but my XSLT knowledge is 0/10.

Regards,
Brent.
