Hate to disappoint you but I think all the bugs I removed were to do  
with the 0.5 side of things, so it is unlikely that anything not  
working with 0.4 would now suddenly work... but I promise to fix  
things for lowzoom as soon as I have a working Osmxapi/lowzoom setup.

Yes. I forgot that Osmxapi is still 0.4, but on the other hand I  
think it causes too much confusion to try and have both 0.4 and 0.5  
in parallel. My guess is that soon after the upcoming planet we'll  
have Osmxapi in 0.5 - if 80n has no time for that then someone else  
will, it can't be too much of a change.
