[Tilesathome] marking tiles

Yes, every so often somebody with svn commit access will merge these
changes into the oceantiles file sent to the tiles at home clients. So,
that file will then work its way out to the renderers soon. Also,
tiles at home client operators can merge in the latest changes on demand by
running the process-changes script followed by png2tileinfo.pl

Does anything now happen with tiles marked this way?  I thought this was

still "in development".
