[Tilesathome] marking tiles

Regarding the text below,
Can someone put me on the right track
to understand a bit more what's going on.
Wiki Page or something
I operate a t at H server successfully, but
while I have found and understood a lot in the wiki,
did not find anything about the subjects below.
List of scripts like mentioned below with explanations ???

Yes, every so often somebody with svn commit access will merge these
changes into the oceantiles file sent to the tiles at home clients. So,
that file will then work its way out to the renderers soon. Also,
tiles at home client operators can merge in the latest changes on demand by
running the process-changes script followed by png2tileinfo.pl
