[Tilesathome] Fwd: Render request issue?

You're surely right, the queue is still totally fscked up.
As one can see on http://dev.openstreetmap.org/~ojw/Stats/Data/access.htm
the user 'Ludovic' yesterday tried 4'19'210 times requesting jobs,
thats *4.85 *times per second!

can somebody with access on the server please block the ip,
contact the user, or do something else. i would do but i can not find a
user with this name in the wiki or on osm accounts and have no
access to the server.
