[Tilesathome] Osmarender Bugfix

Hi,

I request rendering in www.informationfreeway.org but it didn't change a
thing on my area, I guess the user who uploaded it hasn't change his/her
file yet.

I downloaded the new osmarender.xsl and render it on my own, and it worked.
All the street names are now visible, again, at least in my area.
