It's even better than the nodes.rss method, because it gets all changes.
(Currently there might be a slight gap of a few seconds due to the exact
moment of the request, but there is a solution which waits to be
implemented, but first we need to make sure the clients do acutally
return tiles for jobs taken, and keep updated to current versions.
