[Tilesathome] New Client version "Mannheim"

The Tiles at Home Request api will soon move from using GET requests to
POST for issuing jobs to clients, since it is basically changing the
state of the server.

"Mannheim" has POST support, and is infact defaulting to use POST, while
the GET API still works, however this will be turned off in the near
future, so please update your clients to the latest version.
