Hi,

Is the "changes" method documented somewhere? Alternatively, could you
point me to the relevant source file where it is implemented (I can't
fetch and grep the sources at the moment).

Would the changes method report only the tiles where nodes have changed or
also the tiles where a changed way is passing through (e.g. changing the
tags on a "boundary=administrative" way that spans dozens of level 12
tiles)?
