I've downloaded some of these parts in JOSM now.
I've made the whole coastline of Lanzarote, but i coudn't find it.
There is only a version with some points drawn by MichaelK, but not
tagged as coastline, just as national boarder.
On the Mapnik layer the coastline is still there (with some problems,
but its there).
