[Tilesathome] OSM Zappy API - Downtime

The OSM Zappy API will be down for about an hour this evening, from 18:30
BST (17:30 GMT) for a virtual hardware upgrade.

planet.osm has grown so much recently that it no longer fits in the VM.  The
upgrade should provide enough space to accommodate more growth.
