[Tilesathome] Stats back online

I was notified that the files containing the tiles meta data and blank data are not generated anymore. I fixed this by re-allowing mysql write access to the directory. 
Those files shoud be back online at: http://tah.dev.openstreetmap.org/Stats/Data/
