[Tilesathome] Coastline oddness

Hello (again!),

With the XAPI working okay again, I've managed to build a full set of
z8-z11 tiles for Ireland. The only remaining glitch is with some of the
coastlines:
	http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Browse/?x=122&y=80&z=8&layer=tile

The problem is particularly bad at z8, but is visible to minor degrees
at higher zoom levels. Am I right in thinking this is an Inkscape issue?
I'm using 0.45.1 on Ubuntu Gutsy.
