[Tilesathome] Hourly job at minute 25

Hi,

each hour at the minute 25 there is a job running, that creates rendering
requests. If for the tile a request already exists it is updated and put
back to the *end* of the queue. At the moment e.g. I see at

http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Log/Requests/Recent/

The most recent pending job is listed with a request time of 2008-04-09
05:25:01 and a priority of 3:
http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Tiles/info.php?x=766&y=1536&z=12

but the tile info tells it has a "Current Request Status"
Requested at 2008-02-29 12:03:22, by LosHawlos:TilesOlder15Weeks, with
priority 3. 
Current state is Pending.

So this job has been put back multiple times.
