[Tilesathome] getting tiles again which failed?

I don't either, but it does. Ask the inkscape team this question.

This should not happen. I'm not sure wether this might be a bug in the
server code or maybe a proxy caching what it must not cache. (that is,
the POST request used to get the job request).
