Had a quick check with the text on a path svg from:

	http://www.linuxrising.org/svg_test/test.html

And rsvg from debian sid

	flo at touch:~$ rsvg --version
	rsvg version 2.22.2

and no luck with text on a path ... I have found a bug 1) in the gnome
bugzilla from 2005 which states that there is no support for text on
path "yet" which seems to be the case 3 years later. From the rsvg
sourceforge page it also seems quite dead :(
