[Tilesathome] How do I upload lowzoom tiles?

Hi everyone,

Forgive my ignorance (the extent of my T at H experience so far is to install
the client and run "perl tilesGen.pl loop"), but could you describe how we
should upload the lowzoom tiles that are generated by following these
instructions:
