There are currently 1200 single tilesets in the queue that will take
about one and a half hour to process, while the clients will upload new
tiles at the rate the server processes them (so the queue is almost
constant in length at 1200 items). This queue tends to shrink
dramatically when there are lots of city (i.e. complex) Tiles in the queue.
There is currently no single one bottleneck in the rendering queue
(although the serverside processing speed is the bottleneck most of the
time)
As a reminder: those 1200 tilesets translate to about 1 million png
files, and their metadata that needs to be handled in the tiledb.
There is some effort made to make the server more efficient, but there
is a limit to the possible speedups.
