[Tilesathome] Source code modifications in the wiki

Hi,

on

http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Windows%40home

there is a section named "Modifications to the source code". Due to
the "auto update" feature I think that source code modifications are
obsolete now. So I would like to delete this section (only the
modifications to tilesathome.conf sould be ok, but that's
configuration, not modification of the source).

Does anybody use Windows and need those modifications to compress.pl
and Lowzoom.pl?
