[Tilesathome] Colour reduction

It would be great if static palette and dynamic palette calculated by
pngnq can be combined. Static palette would contain all colors used in
stylesheet, dynamic palette colors needed for antialiasing. If number
of static colors is reduced by cleaning up stylesheets, it might be
even possible to get back to only 128 or 64 colors.

I guess number of colors used in stylesheets is huge right now so I
would prefer to simplify stylesheets and reduce number of colors
first.
