[Tilesathome] Take and Release feature

Hi all,

i wonder if it is possible to have a take/release feature for requests

I explain,
i don't have a lot of memory and sometimes it is a problem when i have 
to generate tiles with a huge amount of data.

Can we imagine a kind of option for tilesGen.pl or something else to 
avoid process an osm data file larger than X bytes?
In this case, the script releases the request so another client can take it
