[Tilesathome] Client don`t work under windows now

If i start the tilesGen.pl i get:

- zip is present
- Inkscape version 0.46
- rendering using or/p
- going to use pngcrush
- Pngcrush version 1.6.4
- pngnq version 0.5
- Using http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Request/take/ for Requests
This is version 9582 (Rapperswil) of tilesgen running on MSWin32, ID: 
129236992
[#1   0% jobinit] Doing tileset 779,1385 (zoom 12) (area around 
50.205025,-111.489258)
[#1 100% tile] Finished 779,1385 for layer tile

It run only for about 5 sec and then perl get an error and crash.
