[Tilesathome] Huge Names for natural=water?

Hello,

I don't know the reason for this. But names for natural=water like
lakes are now rendered way too huge in Zoom-Levels 12 and 13.

I shurely could change this in osm-map-features-z12.xml, but I was
wondering why the behaviour of the renderer in this case changed at
all. I could not find something related in "svn log".
