[Tilesathome] Missing lowzoom tiles at z6-z11

It's slowly stitching its way through the world and is currently at:
Stitching (z=6 x=61 y=1)

Once that is finished the changed tiles stitcher will automatically update lowzoom tiles as necessary.

It's just a result of me deleting all legacy lowzoom tileset and your bad luck of living at the end of the world (x-coordinate wise :-) ).

Whenever a z12 tile is changed, the underlying lowzoom will be updated within a day or 2. At least that's the plan.
