*shrug* I've never pretended to be good at color and style stuff, feel
free to come up with something better.

I tried using black names, but that made them look exactly like
placenames, which surely isn't good. The blue with white casing is
used already some places for a generic caption, so I copied that (to
make it easier to change this later).
