As far as I know the only change done to the stylesheet is to insert a
bounds element? If so you could change it do delete all bounds
elements in the .osm file and put it there instead. That would also
make it change only one file instead of all the stylesheets.

PS: Please make sure to remove all existing bounds elements if you do
this, some other things might work at present but I plan to change
some things related to <bounds> parsing soon.
