[Tilesathome] Changes to the client for today

Verbose mode has changed significantly.

Instead of being just an on/off switch it now has verbosity levels

if you used Verbose=1 up to now, you need to set it to 10 in your 
tilesAtHome.conf now.
if you have always used the default from config.defaults (i.e. not set 
anything in tilesAtHome.conf) you don't need to do anything.

The current Verbosity levels are 0,3,6 and 10.
