[Tilesathome] huge blue captions now in z17

Actually it's a bus symbol. In z17 stylesheets I've moved width and
height of bus symbol from <use> element to <symbol> element. It's
alright according to SVG reference and batik, but inkscape renders it
wrong. I'll fix it asap.
