[Tilesathome] ERROR Unzipped file was no valid tileset

The server does not appear to be processing a couple of tilesets that 
I'm trying to upload.
I've been doing some oceantile/coastline tidy up around Fiji including 
some islands that cross the 180th meridian.

One example of the tilesets i'm having problems with is  z12 0,2238.

The client renders and uploads it ok with no errors and everything look 
ok browsing the zip but I'm seeing the following corresponding messages 
on the server homepage:

    08-08-13-00:27:21 ERROR Unzipped file was no valid tileset. Took 0.0
    sec (CPU 0.0).
    08-08-13-00:27:21 ERROR Unzipped file from user rcr (uuid 46982) was
    no valid tileset. Took 0.0 sec (CPU 0.0).
    08-08-13-00:27:43 ERROR Unzipped file from user rcr (uuid 46982) was
    no valid tileset. Took 0.0 sec (CPU 0.0).
    08-08-13-00:27:43 ERROR Unzipped file was no valid tileset. Took 0.0
    sec (CPU 0.0).
    08-08-13-00:27:44 ERROR Unzipped file from user rcr (uuid 46982) was
    no valid tileset. Took 0.0 sec (CPU 0.0).

I've tried it a couple of times and also had the same problem with z12 
0,2234
